Have you tried looking at your phones Bluetooth settings when connected to your car. When connected to your car go to settings on your phone , Connections,Bluetooth, select your car , then click on the gear icon and check that calls and audio are selected to on. This does seem to be true but can take 3 or 4 days before the Ford site updates to acknowledge that the car Sync System has in fact been updated. (c) The installation process is misleading.
